Êxodo 39:27-29 Explicação

Depois de fazer o manto, os tecelões fizeram as túnicas de linho finamente tecido para Arão e seus filhos. Como as túnicas eram de linho finamente tecido, é provável que fossem usadas como roupas íntimas. Essas vestes eram usadas não apenas por Arão, o sumo sacerdote, mas também por seus filhos, os sacerdotes comuns.

Todos os sacerdotes usavam:

  • Turbante de linho fino. O turbante era um tipo de cobertura para a cabeça.
  • Chapeús decorados de linho fino. O "linho fino" (hebraico "shesh") é derivado de uma palavra egípcia e refere-se ao linho branco de alta qualidade. Os chapéus decorados eram aparentemente um tipo de cobertura de cabeça diferente do turbante.
  • Bermudas de linho de linho retorcido fino. Essas "bermudas" (hebraico "miknasayim") podem ter sido como uma calça. Algumas traduções consideram que as bermudas se referem a uma forma de roupa íntima e a traduzem assim.
  • Folha de linho retorcido fino. Era feito de material azul, roxo e escarlate e era obra do tecelão (um artesão experiente). Esta, novamente, era provavelmente uma trama composta de lã tingida e linho, como a tenda e muitos outros artigos. A função da faixa era semelhante a um cinto. Algumas traduções enfatizam isso trazer a palavra "cinto".

Como antes, eles fizeram esses itens de acordo com as especificações exatas que o Senhor havia ordenado a Moisés.
