Blew was educated at Great Ealing School and Wadham College, Oxford, England, where he graduated B.A. in 1830, and M.A., 1832. On taking Holy Orders, he became curate of Nuthurst and Cocking, West Sussex, and St. Anne’s, Winchester. For a time, he also served as Incumbent of St. John’s near Gravesend. His works include:
