Hymns Supplied Through the Gracious Generosity
of the Cyber Hymnal Website
Words: Charles Wesley, Hymns and Sacred Poems, 1742.
Music: "Winchester Old," Este's Psalter, 1592 |
Join, all ye ransomed sons of grace,
The holy joy prolong,
And shout to the Redeemer's praise
A solemn midnight song.
Blessing, and thanks, and love, and might,
Be to our Jesus giv'n,
Who turns our darkness into light
Who turns our hell to heav'n.
Thither our faithful souls He leads,
Thither He bids us rise,
With crowns of joy upon our heads,
To meet Him in the skies.
The Blue Letter Bible ministry and the BLB Institute hold to the historical, conservative Christian faith, which includes a firm belief in the inerrancy of Scripture. Since the text and audio content provided by BLB represent a range of evangelical traditions, all of the ideas and principles conveyed in the resource materials are not necessarily affirmed, in total, by this ministry.
