Röm. ins Hebrew etc., p. 28) קַיָפָא)), Caiaphas; according to Josephus (Antiquities 18, 2, 2) Ιωσηπος, καί Καϊάφας (Ιωσηπον, τόν καί Καϊάφαν ἐπικαλούμενον, Antiquities 18, 4, 3), high priest of the Jews.
