Amos 6:10 וְאָמַר הָ֔ס (while burying men in a pestilence), Amos 8:3 (elliptical) in every place: הִשְׁלִיךְ הָֽס they cast them (the corpses) forth, (saying) Hush ! followed by י׳ מִפְּנֵי (מִפָּנָיו) Habakkuk 2:20; Zephaniah 1:7; Zechariah 2:17 [Zechariah 2:13]. Inflected, as though a verb, imperative plural הַ֔סּוּ Nehemiah 8:11 (Ges compares Arabic bdb024501 [= הֲלֹם] hither! inflected as an imperative, e.g. bdb024502, bdb024503: WAG i. § 368).
