Israel Provoked Yahweh

1 “Hear ^H8085, O Israel ^H3478! You are crossing ^H5674 over ^H5674 the Jordan ^H3383 today ^H3117 to go ^H935 in ^H935 to dispossess ^H3423 nations ^H1471 greater ^H1419 and mightier ^H6099 than ^H4480 you, great ^H1419 cities ^H5892 [fn]fortified ^H1219 to heaven ^H8064,

2 a people ^H5971 great ^H1419 and tall ^H7311, the sons ^H1121 of the Anakim ^H6062, whom ^H834 you know ^H3045 and of whom ^H834 you have heard ^H8085 it said, ‘Who ^H4310 can stand ^H3320 before ^H6440 the sons ^H1121 of Anak ^H6061?’ 3 So you shall know ^H3045 today ^H3117 that it is Yahweh ^H3068 your God ^H430 who is crossing ^H5674 over ^H5674 before ^H6440 you as a consuming ^H398 fire ^H784.
