فَهَلِ الْيَوْمَ ابْتَدَأْتُ أَسْأَلُ لَهُ مِنَ اللهِ؟ حَاشَا لِي! لاَ يَنْسِبِ الْمَلِكُ شَيْئًا لِعَبْدِهِ وَلاَ لِجَمِيعِ بَيْتِ أَبِي، لأَنَّ عَبْدَكَ لَمْ يَعْلَمْ شَيْئًا مِنْ كُلِّ هذَا صَغِيرًا أَوْ كَبِيرًا».

فَهَلْ هَذِهِ هِيَ أَوَّلُ مَرَّةٍ أَسْتَشِيرُ لَهُ فِيهَا اللهَ؟ مَعَاذَ اللهِ أَنْ يَتَّهِمَنِي الْمَلِكُ أَوْ يَتَّهِمَ جَمِيعَ بَيْتِ أَبِي بِارْتِكَابِ شَيْءٍ».
