بَلْ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَعْتَرِفَ بِبَكُورِيَّةِ ابْنِ الْمَكْرُوهَةِ، وَيُعْطِيَهُ نَصِيبَ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا يَمْلِكُهُ، لأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَوَّلُ مَظْهَرِ قُدْرَتِهِ، وَلَهُ حَقُّ الْبَكُورِيَّةِ.
