وَلكِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَبِيمَالِكُ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ إِلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ: «يَا سَيِّدُ، أَأُمَّةً بَارَّةً تَقْتُلُ؟

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ أَبِيمَالِكُ قَدْ مَسَّهَا بَعْدُ، فَقَالَ لِلرَّبِّ: «أَتُمِيتُ أُمَّةً بَرِيئَةً؟
