وَاسْتَحْيَا يَشُوعُ رَاحَابَ الزَّانِيَةَ وَبَيْتَ أَبِيهَا وَكُلَّ مَا لَهَا، وَسَكَنَتْ فِي وَسَطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلَى هذَا الْيَوْمِ، لأَنَّهَا خَبَّأَتِ الْمُرْسَلَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَرْسَلَهُمَا يَشُوعُ لِكَيْ يَتَجَسَّسَا أَرِيحَا.
