وَإذَا اغْتَنَى غَرِيبٌ أَوْ نَزِيلٌ مُقِيمٌ فِي وَسَطِكُمْ، وَافْتَقَرَ أَخُوكَ فَبِيعَ لِلْغَرِيبِ الْمُسْتَوْطِنِ عِنْدَكَ، أَوْ لِنَسْلِ عَشِيرَتِهِ،
