The LORD then said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt, and the locusts will come up over it and eat every plant in the land, everything that the hail left.”
Then the LORD H3068 said H559 to Moses H4872, “Reach H5186 out H5186 with your hand H3027 over H5921 the land H776 of Egypt H4714 for the locusts H697, so that they may come H5927 up H5927 on the land H776 of Egypt H4714 and eat H398 every H3605 plant H6212 of the land H776, everything H3605 that the hail H1259 has left H7604.”
Then Yahweh H3068 said H559 to Moses H4872, “Stretch H5186 out H5186 your hand H3027 over H5921 the land H776 of Egypt H4714 for the locusts H697, that they may come H5927 up H5927 on the land H776 of Egypt H4714 and eat H398 every H3605 plant H6212 of the land H776, all H3605 that the hail H1259 has left H7604 remaining H7604.”
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, so that they may come up on the land of Egypt and eat all the plants of the land, all that the hail has left.”
ثُمَّ قَالَ الرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: «مُدَّ يَدَكَ عَلَى أَرْضِ مِصْرَ لأَجْلِ الْجَرَادِ، لِيَصْعَدَ عَلَى أَرْضِ مِصْرَ وَيَأْكُلَ كُلَّ عُشْبِ الأَرْضِ، كُلَّ مَا تَرَكَهُ الْبَرَدُ».
In 1867, John Nelson Darby translated the New Testament from Greek into English. Further revisions were done in 1872 and 1884. Darby’s work was first published as The Holy Scriptures: A New Translation from the Original Languages by J. N. Darby. After Darby’s death in 1882, some of his students worked together to produce the complete Darby Bible based on the Masoretic Hebrew text, Darby’s German (Elberfelder), and the French (Pau) translations. In 1890, the first complete Darby Bible was published in English. This translation of the Bible is in the public domain.
