Gehazi, the attendant of Elisha the man of God, thought, “My master has let this Aramean Naaman off lightly by not accepting from him what he brought. As the LORD lives, I will run after him and get something from him.”
But Gehazi H1522, the servant H5288 of Elisha H477 the man H376 of God H430, [fn]thought H559, “Behold H2009, my master H113 has spared H2820 this H2088 Naaman H5283 the Aramean H761, [fn]by not accepting H3947 from his hand H3027 what H834 he brought H935. As the LORD H3068 lives H2416, I will run H7323 after H310 him and take H3947 something H3972 from him.”

when Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, “My master has spared this Naaman the Aramean (Syrian), by not accepting from him what he brought. As the LORD lives, I will run after him and get something from him.”
قَالَ جِيحْزِي غُلاَمُ أَلِيشَعَ رَجُلِ اللهِ: «هُوَذَا سَيِّدِي قَدِ امْتَنَعَ عَنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ يَدِ نُعْمَانَ الأَرَامِيِّ هذَا مَا أَحْضَرَهُ. حَيٌّ هُوَ الرَّبُّ، إِنِّي أَجْرِي وَرَاءَهُ وَآخُذُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا».
