وَفِي كُلِّ كُورَةٍ حَيْثُمَا وَصَلَ إِلَيْهَا أَمْرُ الْمَلِكِ وَسُنَّتُهُ، كَانَتْ مَنَاحَةٌ عَظِيمَةٌ عِنْدَ الْيَهُودِ، وَصَوْمٌ وَبُكَاءٌ وَنَحِيبٌ. وَانْفَرَشَ مِسْحٌ وَرَمَادٌ لِكَثِيرِينَ.
