But now Timothy has come to us from you and brought us good news about your faith and love. He reported that you always have good memories of us and that you long to see us, as we also long to see you.
But now that Timothy has come back to us from [his visit with] you, and has brought us good news of your [steadfast] faith and [the warmth of your] love, and [reported] that you always think kindly of us and treasure your memories of us, longing to see us just as we long to see you,
وَأَمَّا الآنَ فَإِذْ جَاءَ إِلَيْنَا تِيمُوثَاوُسُ مِنْ عِنْدِكُمْ، وَبَشَّرَنَا بِإِيمَانِكُمْ وَمَحَبَّتِكُمْ، وَبِأَنَّ عِنْدَكُمْ ذِكْرًا لَنَا حَسَنًا كُلَّ حِينٍ، وَأَنْتُمْ مُشْتَاقُونَ أَنْ تَرَوْنَا، كَمَا نَحْنُ أَيْضًا أَنْ نَرَاكُمْ،
