1 Samuel 1:3 - وَكَانَ مِنْ عَادَةِ أَلْقَانَةَ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ مِنْ مَدِينَتِهِ مَعَ عَائِلَتِهِ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ ليَسْجُدَ وَيُقَدِّمَ ذَبَائِحَ لِلرَّبِّ الْقَدِيرِ فِي شِيلُوهَ، وَكَانَ حُفْنِي وَفِينْحَاسُ ابْنَا عَالِي كَاهِنَيْنِ لِلرَّبِّ فِي ذَلِكَ الْوَقْتِ.
