لكِنْ إِذَا عُلِمَ أَنَّهُ ثَوْرٌ نَطَّاحٌ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَلَمْ يَضْبِطْهُ صَاحِبُهُ، يُعَوِّضُ عَنِ الثَّوْرِ بِثَوْرٍ، وَالْمَيْتُ يَكُونُ لَهُ.

وَأَمَّا إِذَا كَانَ مَعْرُوفاً مِنْ قَبْلُ، أَنَّ الثَّوْرَ نَطَّاحٌ وَلَمْ يَكْبَحْهُ صَاحِبُهُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُعَوِّضُ ثَوْراً بِثَوْرٍ، وَيَكُونُ الثَّوْرُ الْمَيْتُ لَهُ.
