When David and his men arrived at the town, they found it burned. Their wives, sons, and daughters had been kidnapped.
فَدَخَلَ دَاوُدُ وَرِجَالُهُ الْمَدِينَةَ وَإِذَا هِيَ مُحْرَقَةٌ بِالنَّارِ، وَنِسَاؤُهُمْ وَبَنُوهُمْ وَبَنَاتُهُمْ قَدْ سُبُوا.
