«لاَ يَقُومُ شَاهِدٌ وَاحِدٌ عَلَى إِنْسَانٍ فِي ذَنْبٍ مَّا أَوْ خَطِيَّةٍ مَّا مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْخَطَايَا الَّتِي يُخْطِئُ بِهَا. عَلَى فَمِ شَاهِدَيْنِ أَوْ عَلَى فَمِ ثَلاَثَةِ شُهُودٍ يَقُومُ الأَمْرُ.
