But Moses replied,
It’s not the sound of a victory cry
and not the sound of a cry of defeat;
I hear the sound of singing!

فَقَالَ: «لَيْسَ صَوْتَ صِيَاحِ النُّصْرَةِ وَلاَ صَوْتَ صِيَاحِ الْكَسْرَةِ، بَلْ صَوْتَ غِنَاءٍ أَنَا سَامِعٌ».
