接下来，巧匠领袖以撒列要做一张桌子，也称为 "陈设饼的桌子" (哥林多前书 28:16)：
它是用皂荚木所做。皂荚木是制造帐幕框架和帐幕内许多物品的常见材料。
它的尺寸是长二肘，宽一肘，高一肘半，也就是大约三英尺 (91 厘米) 长，一英尺半 (45 厘米) 宽，二又四分之一英尺 (68 厘米) 高。
以撒列又在其上包上精金，四围镶上金牙边。他也在桌子的四围各做一掌宽的横梁，横梁上镶着金牙边。
为了便于运输，他又铸了四个金环，安在桌子四脚的四角上。安环子的地方是挨近横梁，可以穿杠抬桌子。
接下来，他用皂荚木做两根杠，用金包裹，以便抬桌子。
除了桌子之外，他又用精金做桌子上的器皿，就是盘子、调羹，并奠酒的瓶和爵。
这些器皿是用精金所做，显明了它们在敬拜耶和华中的重要性。
