Jesus before Pilate

Jesus Is Mocked

(Mat 27:27–31 )

The Crucifixion

Jesus Is Buried

(Mat 27:57–61; Luk 23:50–56; Jhn 19:38–42 )

Unchecked Copy BoxMar 15:43 - Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable councillor, who also himself was awaiting the kingdom of God, coming, emboldened himself and went in to Pilate and begged the body of Jesus.

Darby’s work was first published as The Holy Scriptures: A New Translation from the Original Languages by J. N. Darby. After Darby’s death in 1882, some of his students worked together to produce the complete Darby Bible based on the Masoretic Hebrew text, Darby’s German (Elberfelder), and the French (Pau) translations.
