Strong's Number G1350 matches the Greek δίκτυον (diktyon),
which occurs 12 times in 11 verses
in the MGNT Greek.
Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They were in a boat with Zebedee their father, preparing their nets, and he called them.
Going on a little farther, he saw James the son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat putting their nets in order.
He saw two boats at the edge of the lake; the fishermen had left them and were washing their nets.
When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water and let down your nets for a catch.”
“Master,” Simon replied, “we’ve worked hard all night long and caught nothing. But if you say so, I’ll let down the nets.”[fn]
When they did this, they caught a great number of fish, and their nets[fn] began to tear.
“Cast the net on the right side of the boat,” he told them, “and you’ll find some.” So they did,[fn] and they were unable to haul it in because of the large number of fish.
Since they were not far from land (about a hundred yards[fn] away), the other disciples came in the boat, dragging the net full of fish.
