David’s Kingdom Strengthened

1 Now after ^H310 this ^H3651 it came ^H1961 about ^H1961 that David ^H1732 [fn]defeated ^H5221 the Philistines ^H6430 and subdued ^H3665 them and took ^H3947 Gath ^H1661 and its towns ^H1323 from the hand ^H3027 of the Philistines ^H6430.

2 And he defeated ^H5221 Moab ^H4124, and the Moabites ^H4124 became ^H1961 servants ^H5650 to David ^H1732, bringing ^H5375 tribute ^H4503.
