“Declare ^H5046 and proclaim ^H8085 among the nations ^H1471.

Proclaim ^H8085 it and lift ^H5375 up ^H5375 a flag ^H5251,

Do not conceal ^H3582 it. Say ^H559,

‘Babylon ^H894 has been captured ^H3920,

Bel ^H1078 has been put ^H954 to ^H954 shame ^H954, [fn]Marduk ^H4781 has been ^H2865 [fn]shattered ^H2865;

Her idols ^H6091 have been put ^H954 to ^H954 shame ^H954, her images ^H1544 have been ^H2865 shattered ^H2865.’

“For a nation ^H1471 has come ^H5927 up ^H5927 against ^H5921 her from the north ^H6828; it will make ^H7896 her land ^H776 an object ^H8047 of ^H8047 horror ^H8047, and there will be no ^H3808 inhabitant ^H3427 in it.
