وَقَالَ: «يَا هَاجَرُ جَارِيَةَ سَارَايَ، مِنْ أَيْنَ أَتَيْتِ؟ وَإِلَى أَيْنَ تَذْهَبِينَ؟». فَقَالَتْ: «أَنَا هَارِبَةٌ مِنْ وَجْهِ مَوْلاَتِي سَارَايَ».

فَقَالَ: «يَا هَاجَرُ جَارِيَةَ سَارَايَ، مِنْ أَيْنَ جِئْتِ؟ وَإِلَى أَيْنَ تَذْهَبِينَ؟». فَأَجَابَتْ: «إِنَّنِي هَارِبَةٌ مِنْ وَجْهِ سَيِّدَتِي سَارَايَ».
