وَخَرَجَ بَنُو عَمُّونَ وَاصْطَفُّوا لِلْحَرْبِ عَُِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ الْبَابِ، وَكَانَ أَرَامُ صُوبَا وَرَحُوبُ وَرِجَالُ طُوبَ وَمَعْكَةَ وَحْدَهُمْ فِي الْحَقْلِ.

فَخَرَجَ بَنُو عَمُّونَ وَاصْطَفُّوا لِلْقِتَالِ عِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ بَابِ الْمَدِينَةِ، أَمَّا أَرَامِيُّو صُوبَا وَرَحُوبَ وَرِجَالُ طُوبَ وَمَعْكَةَ فَقَدِ احْتَشَدُوا فِي الْحُقُولِ.

And the children of Ammon went forth, and set the battle in array by the door of the gate: those of Syria, Suba, and Roob, and Istob, and Amalec, being by themselves in the field.

In 1867, John Nelson Darby translated the New Testament from Greek into English. Further revisions were done in 1872 and 1884. Darby’s work was first published as The Holy Scriptures: A New Translation from the Original Languages by J. N. Darby.
