εἶπεν δὲ Αβραμ πρὸς Σαραν ἰδοὺ παιδίσκη σου ἐν ταῖς χερσίν σου χρῶ αὐτῇ ὡς ἄν σοι ἀρεστὸν καὶ ἐκάκωσεν αὐτὴν Σαρα καὶ ἀπέδρα ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτῆς

فَقَالَ أَبْرَامُ لِسَارَايَ: «هُوَذَا جَارِيَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ. افْعَلِي بِهَا مَا يَحْسُنُ فِي عَيْنَيْكِ». فَأَذَلَّتْهَا سَارَايُ، فَهَرَبَتْ مِنْ وَجْهِهَا.

فَأَجَابَهَا أَبْرَامُ: «هَا هِيَ جَارِيَتُكِ تَحْتَ تَصَرُّفِكِ، فَافْعَلِي بِها مَا يَحْلُو لَكِ». فَأَذَلَّتْهَا سَارَايُ حَتَّى هَرَبَتْ مِنْهَا.

And Abram said to Sara, Behold thy handmaid is in thy hands, use her as it may seem good to thee. And Sara afflicted her, and she fled from her face.
