لَا مِنْ أَرْمَلَةٍ، وَلا مُطَلَّقَةٍ، وَلا زَانِيَةٍ مُدَنَّسَةٍ، بَلْ يَتَزَوَّجُ عَذْرَاءَ مِنْ سِبْطِهِ.
