The grapevine is dried up,
and the fig tree is withered;
the pomegranate, the date palm, and the apple —
all the trees of the orchard — have withered.
Indeed, human joy has dried up.
The vine dries up
And the fig tree fails;
The pomegranate, the palm also, and the apple tree,
All the trees of the field dry up,
Indeed, joy dries up and withdraws
From the sons of men.
اَلْجَفْنَةُ يَبِسَتْ، وَالتِّينَةُ ذَبُلَتْ. اَلرُّمَّانَةُ وَالنَّخْلَةُ وَالتُّفَّاحَةُ، كُلُّ أَشْجَارِ الْحَقْلِ يَبِسَتْ. إِنَّهُ قَدْ يَبِسَتِ الْبَهْجَةُ مِنْ بَنِي الْبَشَرِ.
