“Then all H3605 of you approached H7126 me and said H559, ‘Let us send H7971 men H376 ahead H6440 of us, so that they may spy H2658 out H2658 the land H776 for us, and bring H7725 back H7725 to us word H1697 of the way H1870 by which H834 we should go H5927 up H5927, and the cities H5892 which H834 we should enter H935.’
“Then all H3605 of you came H7126 near to me and said H559, ‘Let us send H7971 men H376 before H6440 us, that they may search H2658 out H2658 the land H776 for us and bring H7725 back H7725 to us word H1697 of the way H1870 by which H834 we should go H5927 up H5927 and the cities H5892 which H834 we shall enter H935.’
“Then all of you approached me and said, ‘Let us send men [into the land] before us, so that they may explore and search the area for us, and bring back to us word regarding the way we should go, and the cities we should enter.’
