“You shall also take H3947 the fat H2459 from the ram H352 and the fat H451 tail H451, and the fat H2459 that covers H3680 the entrails H7130 and the [fn]lobe H3508 of the liver H3516, and the two H8147 kidneys H3629 and the fat H2459 that is on them, and the right H3225 thigh H7785 (for it is a ram H352 of [fn]ordination H4394),

Then Moses H4872 said H559 to Hobab H2246 the son H1121 of Reuel H7467 the Midianite H4084, Moses' H4872 father-in-law H2859, “We are setting H5265 out H5265 to the place H4725 of which H834 the LORD H3068 said H559, ‘I will give H5414 it to you.' Come H1980 with us and we will do H3190 you good H3190, for the LORD H3068 has [fn]promised H1696 good H2896 concerning H5921 Israel H3478.”

“Do not say H559 in your heart H3824 when the LORD H3068 your God H430 has driven H1920 them away H1920 from [fn]you, ‘Because of my righteousness H6666 the LORD H3068 has brought H935 me in H935 to take H3423 possession H3423 of this H2088 land H776.' “If H3588 a case H1697 is H6381 too H4480 difficult H6381 for you to decide H4941, between H996 [fn]one kind of homicide H1818 or another H1818, between H996 [fn]one kind of lawsuit H1779 or another H1779, and between H996 [fn]one kind of assault H5061 or another H5061, that are cases H1697 of dispute H7379 in your [fn]courts H8179, then you shall arise H6965 and go H5927 up H5927 to the place H4725 which H834 the LORD H3068 your God H430 chooses H977.
“When H3588 you besiege H6696 a city H5892 for a long H7227 time H3117, to make H3898 war H3898 against H5921 it in order to capture H8610 it, you shall not destroy H7843 its trees H6086 by swinging H5080 an axe H1631 against H5921 them; for you may eat H398 from them, so you shall not cut H3772 them down H3772. Then she conceived H2029 again H5750 and gave H3205 birth H3205 to a daughter H1323. And [fn]the LORD said H559 to him, “Name H7121 H8034 her [fn]Lo-ruhamah H3819, for I will no H3808 longer H3254 H5750 take H7355 pity H7355 on H7355 the house H1004 of Israel H3478, that I would ever H5375 forgive H5375 them.

But they came H935 to Baal-peor H1187 and devoted H5144 themselves to [fn]shame H1322,
And they became H1961 as detestable H8251 as that which H159 they loved H157.
The LORD H3068 [fn]will answer H6030 and say H559 to His people H5971,
“Behold H2009, I am going to send H7971 you grain H1715, new H8492 wine H8492, and oil H3323,
And you will be H7646 satisfied H7646 in full with [fn]them;
And I will never H3808 again H5750 make H5414 you a disgrace H2781 among the nations H1471.
“But I will remove H7368 the northern H6830 army far H7368 from you,
And I will drive H5080 it into a dry H6723 and desolate H8077 land H776,
Its advance H6440 guard H6440 into the eastern H6931 sea H3220,
And its rear H5490 guard H5490 into the western H314 sea H3220.
And its stench H889 will ascend H5927 and its odor H6709 of H6709 decay H6709 will come H5927 up H5927,
And on that day H3117
The mountains H2022 will drip H5197 with [fn]sweet H6071 wine H6071,
And the hills H1389 will flow H1980 with milk H2461,
And all H3605 the brooks H650 of Judah H3063 will flow H1980 with water H4325;
And a spring H4599 will go H3318 out H3318 from the house H1004 of the LORD H3068

“For three H7969 offenses H6588 of Edom H123, and for four H702,
I will not revoke H7725 its punishment,

When they have something to bite H5391 with their teeth H8127,

For from Zion H6726 will go H3318 forth H3318 the law H8451,
“Therefore H3651, as I live H2416,” declares H5002 the LORD H3068 of armies H6635,
“Moab H4124 will assuredly H3588 be like Sodom H5467,
And the sons H1121 of Ammon H5983 like Gomorrah H6017—

And a permanent H5769 desolation H8077.
The remnant H7611 of My people H5971 will plunder H962 them,

In the second H8147 year H8141 of Darius H1867 the king H4428, on the first H259 day H3117 of the sixth H8345 month H2320, the word H1697 of the LORD H3068 came H1961 by the prophet H5030 Haggai H2292 to Zerubbabel H2216 the son H1121 of Shealtiel H7597, governor H6346 of Judah H3063, and to Joshua H3091 the son H1121 of Jehozadak H3087, the high H1419 priest H3548, saying H559,

Yet you say H559, “How H4100 have we wearied H3021 Him?” In that you say H559, “Everyone H3605 who does H6213 evil H7451 is good H2896 in the sight H5869 of the LORD H3068, and He delights H2654 in them,” or H176, “Where H346 is the God H430 of justice H4941?”
“Behold H2009, I am sending H7971 My [fn]messenger H4397, and he will clear H6437 a way H1870 before H6440 Me. And the Lord H113, whom H834 you are seeking H1245, will suddenly H6597 come H935 to His temple H1964; [fn]and the [fn]messenger H4397 of the covenant H1285, in whom H834 you delight H2655, behold H2009, He is coming H935,” says H559 the LORD H3068 of armies H6635.
Then H227 those who [fn]feared H3372 the LORD H3068 spoke H1696 to one H376 another H7453, and the LORD H3068 listened H7181 attentively H7181 and heard H8085 it, and a book H5612 of remembrance H2146 was written H3789 before H6440 Him for those who [fn]fear H3372 the LORD H3068 and esteem H2803 His name H8034.
