Jesus Heals on the Sabbath

(Mat 12:9–14; Luk 6:6–11 )

Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:2 - They watched Jesus closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they could accuse him.
Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:3 - So he said to the man who had the withered hand, "Stand up among all these people."
Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:4 - Then he said to them, "Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath, or evil, to save a life or destroy it?" But they were silent.
Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:5 - After looking around at them in anger, grieved by the hardness of their hearts, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.

The Twelve Are Chosen

(Mat 10:1–4; Luk 6:12–16 )

Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:26 - And if Satan rises against himself and is divided, he is not able to stand and his end has come.
Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:27 - But no one is able to enter a strong man's house and steal his property unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can thoroughly plunder his house.

Unchecked Copy BoxMar 3:34 - And looking at those who were sitting around him in a circle, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers!
