فَإِذَا لَمْ تَرُقْ لِمَوْلاهَا الَّذِي خَطَبَهَا لِنَفْسِهِ، يَسْمَحُ بِافْتِدَائِهَا، وَلا يَحِقُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا لِقَوْمٍ أَجَانِبَ لأَنَّهُ غَدَرَ بِها فَلَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْهَا
