And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

وَمَنْ يَحْفَظْ وَصَايَاهُ يَثْبُتْ فِيهِ وَهُوَ فِيهِ. وَبِهذَا نَعْرِفُ أَنَّهُ يَثْبُتُ فِينَا: مِنَ الرُّوحِ الَّذِي أَعْطَانَا.

وَكُلُّ مَنْ يُطِيعُ وَصَايَا اللهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَثْبُتُ فِي اللهِ، وَاللهُ يَثْبُتُ فِيهِ. وَالَّذِي يُؤَكِّدُ لَنَا أَنَّ اللهَ يَثْبُتُ فِينَا، هُوَ الرُّوحُ الْقُدُسُ الَّذِي وَهَبَهُ لَنَا.
